At Boston Fixer LLC, we are committed to providing reliable and professional appliance repair services. We stand behind our work with a 90-day Service Guarantee, covering labor and parts used during the original service appointment.
What Our Guarantee Covers

90-day coverage on labor and any parts supplied and installed by Boston Fixer LLC.

If a part we installed fails within the guarantee period, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Guarantee service will be provided by the original technician whenever possible, unless unavailable.

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover
​

Damage or new issues unrelated to the original repair.

Repairs performed with customer-supplied or used parts.

Appliances that are later serviced or modified by another company or individual.

Issues caused by mishandling, improper use, or neglect of the appliance.

Units located outdoors, in non-climate-controlled spaces, or exposed to infestations (e.g., pests).

Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, or paint).

Manufacturer defects outside of our repair work.

Refrigerant replacement (unless the original issue was specifically refrigerant-related).

Inspection-only or diagnostic appointments where no repair is performed.

Service Call Fee

All service calls include a $79 diagnostic fee, which will be applied toward the cost of repair if you choose to move forward with the service.

Maximum Liability
​
In cases where our Service Guarantee applies, Boston Fixer LLC’s maximum liability is limited to $750 per service.
