Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Boston Fixer LLC, we are committed to providing professional and reliable home appliance repair services. To keep our service fair and transparent, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:

Service Call Fee

​

  • The $79 service call fee is non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched to your home.

  • This fee covers the cost of travel and diagnostic work, even if you decide not to proceed with the repair.

​

Repair Services

​

  • All repair work is backed by our 90-day Service Guarantee.

  • If the same issue occurs again within the guarantee period, we will return to re-diagnose and complete the repair at no additional labor cost.

  • Cash refunds are not provided for completed repair services. Instead, we stand behind our guarantee and will make things right.

Parts Policy

​

  • Special-order parts are non-refundable once ordered.

  • If a part arrives defective, Boston Fixer LLC will replace it at no extra cost to the customer.

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid amounts (excluding parts already ordered).

  • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to the $79 service call fee.

Exceptions

​

Refunds will not be issued for:

​

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation after our service.

  • Services performed on appliances with underlying manufacturer defects beyond our control.

  • Food spoilage, loss of use, or incidental damages related to appliance failure.
